This is my first time making this recipe and I'm impressed. Now I made some modifications to the recipe by using quinoa instead of rice, and eliminating avocado and cabbage. My mouth was seriously confused because I haven't had this combination before. I'm looking forward to creating more recipes in the near future. 😋

Loved this bowl! The dressing is awesome and will definitely be added to our regular rotation. I don't usually put sweet potatoes in our bowls, but this was a fun change up.

Okay I just have to say that this is my GO TO recipe! It's so easy and fast and ADDICTIVE. I've made it SO many times over the past few years and literally cannot get enough. The sauce, the spices, everything is just so great and complements each other so well. Thank you thank you thank you!!

This bowl is da bomb!! I've made it four times already (exactly as written), and I think it may be turning into a ritual dish for me. Ritual as in, today-sucked-so-I'm-going-to-stuff-myself-silly-with-a-crap-ton-of-amazing-food-while-I-watch-Netflix. This was my first buddha bowl and it is AMAZING! I love anything with spice to it. I’ve been using the sauce on other things also and the chickpeas I make for other recipes now too. Thank you!!

This is probably my favorite Buddha bowl, ever I can eat it for about 3 weeks straight before I have to take a break! Do you think you could recreate the spicy chickpeas in a hummus??
